This site collects nothing about you. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies, no accounts. Nothing is stored in your browser, and the server has nowhere to write anything down even if it were asked to.
That is unusual enough to be worth saying plainly rather than burying in a page of boilerplate. The rest of this is the honest remainder: what happens anyway because the page has to reach you, and the few moments where you choose to involve someone else.
Hosts the site. Like any host it handles the connection itself, which means it processes your IP address to deliver the page to you. That is how the request reaches you at all; it is not something extra switched on.
The clip thumbnails are loaded from i.ytimg.com, so your browser fetches those images from Google directly. Google therefore sees your IP address, your browser's user-agent and the fact that you were on that page. No click is required — it happens as the page renders, though the strip loads lazily, so only once you scroll to it. No other page on this site loads any of them.
The newsletter form posts your email address straight to Buttondown. It does not travel through this site's server, and nothing about it is stored here.
Tipping is a link to a Stripe-hosted page. There are no card fields and no payment code on this site, so anything you type goes to Stripe and is never seen here.
Every link that leaves this site — the platforms in the footer, the products on the building page, and the source on GitHub — is an ordinary link. Nothing is preloaded and nothing is fetched from them until you choose to follow one. Once you do, you are on their site, under their privacy policy, and nothing here applies any more.
Ask in Discord or on X. If this page ever stops matching what the site actually does, that is a bug worth reporting — the source is on GitHub.
